Questions about the invoice generator
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no account and no limit, and nothing is added to your invoice: it shows only your business.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser. The invoice is never sent to VisitIO. The draft is saved on this device so you can finish it later; clear it with Start a new invoice.
How do I get a PDF?
Select Save as PDF. Your browser's print window opens; choose Save as PDF as the printer. On an iPhone, use Share in the print window and Save to Files.
Can I add two taxes, like GST and QST?
Yes. Add a second tax and both are calculated on the same taxable amount. Lines marked as not taxable and tax-exempt clients are left out.
Can I take card payments from the invoice?
Not from this page. The VisitIO app adds a pay link and QR code to every invoice, so your client can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a transfer app.
