Is it really free?
Yes. There is no account and no limit, and nothing is added to your estimate: it shows only your business.
What is the difference between an estimate and an invoice?
An estimate tells the client what the work will cost before you start, and how long the price holds. An invoice asks for payment after the work. Use the invoice generator for that.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes. Enter the deposit and the estimate shows a Deposit due line under the total, with your payment details.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser. The estimate is never sent to VisitIO. The draft is saved on this device so you can finish it later.
How do I get a PDF?
Select Save as PDF. Your browser's print window opens; choose Save as PDF as the printer. On an iPhone, use Share in the print window and Save to Files.
