Questions people ask when switching

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

You keep everything you created and drop to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Jobs, invoices and photos stay on your phone. Pro features pause: payment collection, Ask AI, calendar view, cloud sync and the request link stop until you subscribe, invoices go back to 10 a month, and nothing is deleted.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in Google Play or the App Store, wherever you subscribed. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the app returns to Free. There is no contract and no annual commitment you have to lock into.

Why is yearly cheaper?

Yearly is ten months' price for twelve months, so two months free. Monthly has no commitment and carries the 14-day trial; yearly is for people who already know they will keep using it.

Do you charge extra per user?

No. Pro is one price for one business. Apps that charge $29 to $100 per additional user are built for crews; VisitIO is built for the person on the job.

Do I need Pro to send an invoice or get paid?

Invoicing is free; collecting payment through the app is Pro. Estimates, signatures and PDF sending are Free without limits, and Free includes 10 invoices a month. Pro removes the invoice limit and adds the pay link and QR on every invoice: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe plus Venmo, Zelle, Interac e-Transfer, Pix, SPEI, PayID, bank transfer and cash at no fee, along with your logo and colour, Ask AI, the calendar view and cloud backup.

Do card payments cost extra?

Beyond Pro, no. VisitIO takes no cut: you connect your own Stripe account from the app; Stripe charges its standard processing fee per payment and pays out to your bank. The other methods have no fee at all.

Why are prices different in Brazil and Mexico?

VisitIO is sold in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Colombia, at a local price in each. Pro is US$29.99 a month in the US, CA$29.99 in Canada, A$29.99 in Australia and NZ$29.99 in New Zealand (GST included); Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Argentina get purchasing-power prices: R$59.90, MX$199, CL$29,990, CO$29,900 and US$9.99 a month. The year is always ten months' price, and the store shows the exact amount before you subscribe.

Can customers request a job online?

Yes, with Pro. Share your link at visitio.site/r/your-business or put the “Request service · with VisitIO” button on your website. The customer describes the problem, adds photos and the address with unit number and buzzer code, and the job lands in your Unscheduled list with a push notification.

Is there a referral programme?

Yes. Settings → Refer a friend gives you a code. When a friend signs up with it, you each get 10 extra free invoices a month.

What if I stop paying for Pro?

Nothing is lost. Everything on your phone keeps working, and what you backed up stays in the cloud. Uploads and restores pause until you subscribe again, then pick up where they left off.
