Delete your VisitIO account

You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, no request needed:

• Open VisitIO, tap the avatar in Settings (top right) to open My profile.
• Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

What happens next: your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. Everything stored in our cloud for that account (jobs, photos, notes, clients, invoices, payment records, company profile and the account itself) is erased after a 30-day grace period. Signing back in during those 30 days cancels the deletion. Data on your phone is removed when you choose “Sign out and wipe this phone”, or when you uninstall the app.

What we keep: records we are legally required to retain, such as payment and tax records tied to card payments processed through Stripe, for the period the law requires. Anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked to you are not affected.

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the e-mail address on your account to support@visitio.site. We verify the address and complete the deletion on the same 30-day schedule.
